Expert Advisor, Model Training
Shape how the system learns. This covers fine-tuning and adaptation for customer-specific looks, subjects and brand constraints, and the evaluation work that decides whether an adapted model is genuinely better or merely different.

what you will do
- Design and run fine-tuning and adaptation for customer-specific visual identity
- Build the evaluation sets and protocols that make “better” a claim rather than an impression
- Set data curation standards — what enters a training set, and what must never
- Advise on the trade-off between adaptation quality, training cost and inference cost
- Keep the practice current as the underlying model landscape moves
- Establish the consent and provenance posture for any likeness or brand asset used in training
what you will bring
- Direct experience fine-tuning diffusion or video generation models, not only using them
- Fluency with the current adaptation toolkit and its trade-offs
- Rigour about evaluation — you have seen a model that scored well and was worse
- Practical understanding of GPU economics for training and inference
- Awareness of the consent, licensing and provenance questions this work raises
- Open to full-time or fractional engagement
If you meet most of this and not all of it, apply anyway and say which part you do not have. That is more useful to read than a list that matches perfectly.
